What my clients say about me
“I can’t recommend Alicia highly enough. I have been speaking with Alicia for about 6 months and it immediately had such a positive impact on my life, and has continued to do so. I had some specific challenges I wanted to work through and Alicia has helped me make really consistent progress. I feel so much more confident handling the things now which previously were destructive for me and my relationships. Alicia’s warmth, perception and concentration make me feel completely comfortable and heard. I always look forward to my sessions with Alicia.” JB - England
‘Really happy with the progress my partner and I have made. Alicia has given us the tools we needed for our relationship to really flourish ❤️’ BT - London
“Alicia is extremely compassionate and professional therapist. I would recommend her service to anyone.” HS - Poland
“Alicia is wonderful. I hugely look forward to each session. Alicia creates a really open and non judgemental space where I feel very able to talk through things. Alicia has helped me understand where my feelings and emotions - and responses to them - are rooted, as well as helping me to think through how to engage in relationships. I am always excited having spoken to Alicia that I will be able to work through what’s on my mind in order to have more constructive relationships.” BS - England
I trained in Gestalt - which is a Humanistic model of Therapy. One way to understand Gestalt Therapy is to see a person and their experiences as a whole made up of many parts. Rather than isolating these many parts from one another, I would invite you see how they all make up one whole. Everything is connected.
The approach of Gestalt is phenomenological, which means placing your attention on your thoughts, feelings, experiences unfolding from moment to moment as you experience and express yourself in the therapeutic process.
With Gestalt I aim to help you become more present with yourself, allowing you to discover new, previously hidden perceptions and perspectives. It might be that you have unresolved ‘unfinished business’ in relation to another person, past or present. Using Gestalt techniques, you will be able to connect to yourself on a deep intuitive level, in an attempt to move through your unresolved feelings and experiences.
I have spent several years working in mental health, alongside work with children and families in the charity sector. This led me to specialise in Relationship Therapy & Parent Coaching. I also have a specific interest in bringing into awareness what you are consciously or unconsciously manifesting into your life.
